"The Demand For Homes is High" Campaign

This is probably one of the most conceptual images I've ever produced. I started with the idea of slapping a "SOLD" sticker on a home's "For Sale" sign, but thought how fun it would be to have the sticker slapped directly on the house itself. Using various Photoshop techniques, I warped the "SOLD" sticker over the contours of pieces of the house image, making for a more three-dimensional look, as if someone had taken a huge sticker and pressed it over the front of the house.
"We're WIth You" Campaign

This was a piece that was made to target a Loan Officer's local REALTORS®, letting them know that the LO is there to help them make sure their client's offers stand out to potential sellers. I kept the design simple, with a bold headline and a handshake photo as the background.
"Your Home Can Be Your Bank" Campaign

Reverse Mortgages were on the rise at the time and one of the Loan Officers was looking for a social piece that touted the potential of your home's value being a way to transform into needed cash. I decided to go with a 3D illustrative look, using a few pieces of stock illustrations, making tweaks and adjustments to match the "your home is your bank" idea.
"I've Moved" Campaign

Whenever a new Loan Officer started at SecurityNational, one of the things the company made sure to provide was marketing items to help the LO announce their new home. One of the main pieces was the set of "I've Moved" items – social media, postcards, and flyers. The social piece was designed to be used on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I used a piece of stock photography, added the text and logo to the brick wall, and hand-lettered the writing on the moving boxes.
"Loan Limits Have Changed" Campaign

Each year, the new year's loan limits would be published by the Federal government, noting the maximum loan amounts for each loan type. I would set up a set of social media and flyer pieces for each new year's loan limits, to announce to the general public that the new limits were here. The design was simple, with a big headline and an attractive home image.
"Big Home. Big Loan." Jumbo Loan Campaign

For loans that were above the standard Federal loan limits, a Jumbo Loan was the usual method for loans in the $1-3 million range. Using the home artwork created by our marketing department's illustrator, I designed the Jumbo loan social media and flyer pieces to match the design of the company's website at the time.
"Rates Are Rising" 3-Image Scrolling Campaign

The "Rates Are Rising" campaign was an educational piece that the Loan Officers could use to help their social visitors learn more about the ramifications of rising interest rates and what that means for a potential mortgage loan or refinance. I used some stock imagery and created a chart based on data provided by the requesting Loan Officer, as well as an expert's quote about the scenario, to set up the different slides of the scroll.
