SecurityNational Logos
"A-TEAM" Logo
Austin Ingersoll is the top-producing Loan Officer at SecurityNational and was looking to have a logo created for his team, what he dubbed the "A-TEAM." After crafting a mark with an "A" and a "T" in the design, Austin decided to have the logo show his love for the United States by incorporating elements of the U.S. flag into the design.
"Expert Loan Team" Logo
Loan Officer Brian Crist was looking for a logo design for his new team. Several team names were discussed and eventually he landed on the "Expert Loan Team." He wanted the logo to have a less-used color for team logos, so I went with a dark purple and incorporated some subtle 3-D design elements to give it some variety. Then, I added a small house icon in place of the letter "n" in the word "Loan" to tie the mortgage aspect to the piece.
"The Summers Team" Logo
Brittney Summers was preparing to create a team with her husband, Jason, and wanted a logo design that played off their last name. Using a simple house as the base, I added a partial shape of the sun, and added some fun, scripty text.
"Loans by Lindy" Logo
Lindy Parks was having me redesign her website, LoansByLindy.com, but also asked for a new logo to incorporate into the new web design. I started with the shape of a house and used negative space to create two "L"s and the space for the house's front door.
"Beacon Homes" Logo Redesign
Homebuilder Beacon Homes was looking for a logo refresh, mainly because their original lighthouse logo wasn't something that had been produced in a vector format, so it was hard to use at larger scale. I set up a modern take on their existing logo, with a lighthouse and waves, as well as portraying the "beacon" aspect with the circular light effect. Adding a simple, clean type face for the text completed the modernization of the design.
"Hunter's Meadow" Subdivision Logo
Hunter's Meadow was a subdivision that needed a full set of marketing items – logo, website, sales sheets, and the like – so I started with the basics of the logo design. With the subdivision's name in mind, I created a design that showed some movement angles with the grass and the silhouette of a deer. I kept the motif going with some higher-end styling on the serif type faces for the text, using browns for the text color.
"Cobblestone Townhomes" Subdivision Logo
The Cobblestone Townhomes project was a subdivision that had already been in progress, but the builder never set up any marketing materials for the project. I worked with one of their REALTORS® to get some postcards created for their upcoming Open House of the model home, and as part of that, I created a logo for the future marketing items. I incorporated cobblestone shapes into a 3-D rendering of the letter "C" and used a sandy brown for the color palette.
"Trinnaman Farms" Subdivision Logo
Trinnaman Farms was a new subdivision right in the heart of the Silicon Slopes area in Lehi, Utah that was aiming to sell to new employees moving into the state to work at the local tech companies. To fit with the tech vibe they were looking to create, I designed a modern, 3-D looking logo using a bold red and a dark gray color.
"Washington St. Condos" Subdivision Logo
The Washington St. Condos, a small set of condos being built in downtown Salt Lake City, needed some signage and a logo for the project. I used the architectural drawings for the project and incorporated some of the design elements from there into the logo, adding the gold bar to the side of the darker box, just like the design of the building's exterior.
