"Prosperity at Overlake" 4’ x 8′ Property Informational Sign

Creative Direction, Illustration, Graphic Design, Image Coloring

My first major project for Priority Builders was to create the marketing materials for the "Propserity at Overlake" subdivision in Tooele, Utah. In preparation for all of the marketing items, all of the different model's front elevation images needed to be painted and prepped, the illustration for the plat map needed to be set up, and the subdivision's logo needed to be created. With all of those pieces in hand, they were then assembled into the large-format design for a 4-foot by 8-foot informational sign to be positioned at the entrance to the subdivision area.

"Prosperity at Overlake" Sales Sheets

One of the main take-away pieces that I needed to produce for the Prosperity project was a set of Model Specs and Floor Plan sales sheets for each of the six different models available for buyers to have built. I colored the front elevation for each model and cleaned up the corresponding floor plan images, re-typsetting the text and removing any unnecessary items, so they were more legible. To add a bit of fun to the pages, each model was named after a Major League Baseball team, so I used colors from each team's logos for the page elements.

Small Signage: Lot and A-Frame Signs

For the Lot and A-Frame signs, I recommended that we create signs that could be repurposed and reused, so the designs were set up so they could be placed at any of their subdivisions. The Lot signs were designed to be printed on metal, and featured a white space on the front, where a white decal would be produced and placed over the white space with info for the specific location. The A-Frame signs were purposely generic so they could be used anywhere, without any need for new versions to be made.

"Prosperity at Overlake" 12’ x 6′ Directional Sign

This is the sign that would be placed close to a main road to point potential buyers toward the entrance subdivision. Using the subdivision's images, a large 12 foot by 6 foot sign was developed with directional arrows, leading toward the model home and other subdivision lots.
