The Midvale Regional Manager wanted a piece that was more conceptual for their new recruiting materials, as opposed to their usual text-heavy recruiting pieces. The booklet was more lifestyle-based filled with short, one-liners as opposed to just dry facts.

The Builder Services and Marketing Services booklets were pieces designed to illustrate the benefits and show some examples of the services SecurityNational can provide to builder, real estate agent, and loan officer partners. The booklets were designed as portfolios of the capabilities the company could provide.

When a new loan officer came onboard, most times they had come from another mortgage company or brokerage. To help their existing clients learn more about SecurityNational, I had created a set of different informational sheets announcing the loan officer's move, info about the company's history, and some of the loan products they offer.

Working with some REALTORS® and Loan Officer, Brittany Summers, I created a postcard for targeting a specific area in Salt Lake City, featuring real estate statistics and some of the local features, hoping to use it to entice potential buyers to look at the area.
