Hunter's Meadow was a new subdivision that needed a website created. After developing the logo and some of the sales sheets for the various home models, I used that as the basis for the many of the pieces for the website so they would be consistent with one another across the different marketing items.

Reverse Mortgages were on the rise at the time and one of the Loan Officers was looking for a social piece that touted the potential of your home's value being a way to transform into needed cash. I decided to go with a 3-D illustrative look, using a few pieces of stock illustrations, making tweaks and adjustments to match the "your home is your bank" idea.
